SCHWIND SIRIUS+ is a combination Tomographer consisting of a 3D Scheimpflug camera combined with a Placido based topographer, together providing highly precise information about the entire anterior segment of the eye
Technology
3-D Scheimpflug Camera
SCHWIND SIRIUS+ uses the rotating 3D Scheimpflug camera to generate a pachymetry map of the eye and provide information about corneal thickness
Time-saving and convenient
With 25 section cuts, the SIRIUS+ records the entire anterior segment of the eye in about 1 second. The user can choose either high image quality or rapid measurement
Wide range of analysis options
An extensive software package offers a whole range of analysis options – whether in tabular form, as bar diagram or as wavefront map.
High resolution
The high-resolution Placido topography allows for a particularly detailed overview of the cornea including corneal aberrations. Here, the user can differentiate between the anterior, posterior and entire cornea. 21,632 measured points on the anterior cornea, and 16,000 posterior
Detailed Keratoconus Screening
This convenient tool provides important corneal data and can make a pre-operative contribution to avoiding possible complications associated with ectasia.
Other functions include: Pupillography, Meibography, Tear Film Analysis, IOL Calculations, Intra Stromal Ring planning, Glaucoma Screening and Video Keratoscopy
