SCHWIND MS-39

The SCHWIND MS-39 is a contactless diagnostic system that provides a wide range of measurement methods for refractive and therapeutic corneal surgery.

High Resolution

The combination of the latest optical coherence tomograph (OCT) and Placido topography provides unmatched resolution, revealing the structure of the cornea down to the last detail.

This includes high precision information on pachymetry and elevation, curvature, and dioptric power, each in relation to the anterior and posterior surface of the cornea.

Tailored Treatments

The SCHWIND MS-39 provides imaging details of the iridocorneal angle, iris, and lens, allowing for a well-founded diagnosis  individually tailored to the patient and making the laser treatment even safer.

Precision

Static cyclotorsion correction information allows for more precise centring results for treatment with SCHWIND AMARIS and SCHWIND ATOS laser systems.

Further, the epithelial and stromal tissues can be examined separately from one another which is exceptionally useful before transepithelial treatments or during keratoconus screening.

Corneal Aberrations

With the SCHWIND MS-39, detailed overviews of the cornea, including the corneal aberrations, mean the user can easily differentiate between the anterior, posterior or entire cornea.
